（中央社記者余曉涵台北24日電）約150名復興航空運輸股份有限公司員工今天到勞動部抗議，要求勞動部出面介入興航勞資爭議案，且由勞工管理信託帳戶。
興航宣布解散，興航企業工會號召約150名興航員工到勞動部前抗議。
興航企業工會副理事長龐閔憶表示，要求勞動部出面介入興航勞資爭議案，促請雙方協商。興航昨天已有支票跳票，加上有重整可能，就應出面說清楚，也不該擅自資遣勞工。
「復興航空不是你（興航董事長）林明昇一個人的，是我們員工幫你打下」，龐閔憶說，只要興航還有營運可能性，就不應大量資遣勞工，反對關廠與解僱。
興航企業工會顧問林佳瑋表示，員工已收到資遣名冊，工會要求管理興航信託帳戶，保障勞工權益。1051124
